The problem

Generic AI wasn’t built for your book of business. Echo was.

Staffing and solutions firms win on relationships, delivery models, and speed. Off-the-shelf assistants know none of that—so the work comes back to your team.

  • They don’t know your book of business

A generic assistant can’t see relationship history, past placements, or the client contact who just moved into a new organization.

  • They don’t speak your delivery model

Proposals need team compositions, roles, timelines, budgets, and tech stacks. Generic tools hand you prose and leave the structure to you.

  • They guess when they don’t know

Hallucinated candidates, skills, and numbers cost you trust with the client. In this business you can only present what you can defend.

Sales, solutioning and sourcing. One secure platform.

Connect your ATS and CRM, switch on only the capabilities your team needs, and see the impact immediately.

Each one is agentic, which means Echo does the steps rather than just answering questions: you give it a goal—find who moved jobs, build this proposal, rank these candidates—and it does the work and hands you the result to review.

Customer story

“This was an account we’d been trying to break into for years. Echo helped us surface a former contact who had moved into the organization, which opened the door to a client we’d never been able to secure.”

Built for staffing and solutions firms and the world’s biggest brands

  • Industry Specific. Industry Agnostic.

Built for the way staffing and solutions firms sell, scope and staff—and adaptable to any industry, because Echo tailors itself to your organization’s needs and the tech stack you already run.

  • Enterprise-Level Security

Your model stays isolated and your data is never shared externally. An isolated model means your firm runs against its own instance of Echo’s AI: your content is never pooled with another customer’s, and never used to train a model anyone else can query.

  • Zero Hallucinations

Proprietary ML and AI algorithms eliminate the shortcomings of LLMs, delivering precise, transparent, reliable information.

FAQ

The questions buyers ask us first

Your data, your model, how Echo reaches your systems, and what it costs.

  • It means Echo does the steps, not just the answering. You give it a goal and it works through it—scanning your contacts for career changes, drafting a customer-specific proposal, ranking candidates for a role—and hands you the result to review. Agents run only where you switch them on: nothing activates itself. See Sourcing end to end.

  • Echo acts as a data processor on your behalf. Your organization stays the data controller, processing happens only on the instructions you give when you connect a system, and Echo does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is encrypted in transit, internal access is limited to authorized Echo personnel for operational needs, and after account deletion personal data is removed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Read how Echo handles data.

  • No. Your content is never used to train a model another customer can query. That is identical on every plan, the free one included. See what every plan carries.

  • Your own instance, rather than a share of one everybody uses. Each organization runs against its own isolated model instance, agent context is scoped to the workspace that owns it—so one customer’s ATS records never enter another’s prompts—and deleting your workspace removes the context that model was working from. How isolation works.

  • By keeping every answer traceable to something real. Each candidate match carries a transparent score you can inspect, sources and relationship history travel with the insight, and gaps and missing skills are surfaced rather than filled in with a guess. Where Echo does not have the context, it says so instead of inventing a candidate, a skill or a number. The practices behind that claim.

  • Connections are authorized by your organization and can be revoked from your side at any time. Echo reads the context an agent needs from the connected system—it does not replicate your ATS or CRM into a second product of record—and turning an integration off stops the agents that depend on it. Connecting your ATS and CRM is included on every plan; custom integrations come with Enterprise. See what each plan includes.

  • The Free plan is $0, needs no card and does not expire: it carries the Solutioning and Sourcing modules within the limits shown on the pricing page. Teams is $45 a seat with all modules activated, or $25 a seat for a single module. All three modules, including Sales, come with Enterprise, along with custom integrations and priority support; Enterprise is quoted against your workflows. Compare the plans.
