How does billing work?
Teams is billed per seat: $45 a seat with all modules activated, or $25 a seat for a single module. Enterprise is quoted against your workflows and integrations — talk to sales and we will price it with you. The Free plan is $0 and needs no card.What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Limits are per plan and are shown on the cards above, straight from the subscription service. Nothing is deleted when you reach one — Echo stops creating new records of that kind until the next cycle, or until you move up a plan.Is there a trial?
The Free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. Start there, explore the Solutioning and Sourcing modules with real work, and move to Teams when your team outgrows the limits.Can I pay for one module instead of all three?
Yes, on Teams: activate the Solutioning module, the Sourcing module, or both, at $25 a seat per module. All three modules, including Sales, come with Enterprise.Does Echo connect to the ATS and CRM we already run?
